Joel’s services were great and he was a pleasure working with. When he offered to reduce his professional fees, yet still provide full service,I was a bit skeptical on how this (discounted fee) might work. I am a testament of well it worked. Actually when we sold our other house a couple of years ago, we had a full priced broker, and we ended up doing most of the work our selves. Working with Joel was a pleasant experience, and we ended up getting multiple offers and sold above asking price. We can’t thank Joel enough. I would highly recommend Joel.
